Abraham was a very wealthy man. He owned many herds of cattle, sheep, and camels. One day God told him to leave his hometown and go to a new land that God would give him. So Abraham took Sarah and his nephew Lot and left as God had told him. God continued to bless Abraham and protected him from many dangers. The Lord kept His promise to Sarah and Abraham. Sarah became pregnant and gave birth to a son. Sarah was 90 years old and Abraham was 100 years old when their son was born. They named their baby Isaac.
